Tammy has been underwriting loans since 1982. She has worked for major lenders including Transamerica Financial, Southwest Savings and Loan, and eventually becoming branch manager and senior underwriter for a private broker in Torrance CA. in 1987.
Tammy is co-owner of Seaside Funding since 1991 and is responsible for all operations and underwriting of all types of loans that Seaside Funding handles.
